VoicePay now lets you buy using your mobile phone. With VoicePay Cash you can send money to friends and family just using your VoicePay accounts. You can even send different currencies if you want!
So how does it work?
It’s simple.

Using your VoicePay account you register your credit or debit card against it for the VoiceCash service. You don’t have to lodge any money with us and your VoiceCash is only used when you instruct us to make a payment and sign for the transfer using your voice signature.

Call into VoicePay and select the VoiceCash option. Now enter the mobile phone number of the person you are sending money to and the amount you wish to send. If you choose to send a different currency you will be prompted to choose which currency you want to use and we will tell you the amount that we will transfer in your chosen currency. We then ask you to sign and that's it.

The person you are sending money to receives a text message and an email from VoicePay advising them that they have received a VoiceCash transfer. If they have an account they simply call VoicePay. If not they have to open a VoicePay account using their mobile phone number as part of their account identification process. When they call into VoicePay they have to answer a simple question and then sign for their VoiceCash and the money is transferred immediately into their account. If they want to transfer the money to a debit card they can give that instruction at the same time, or if they are using a Cashflows card the money is immediately available to them.
A small fee is applied for making a transfer but the person receiving the money is not charged at all.
